Performance data is based upon past performance, which is no guarantee of future results. The investment return and principal value of an investment will fluctuate so that an investor's shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost. Current performance may be higher or lower than the performance data quoted. Please call 1-800-811-0535 to obtain performance data as of the most recent month-end. The Fund imposes a 2% redemption fee on share held less than 60 days. Performance data does not reflect the redemption fee. If reflected, total returns would be lower.

1. The Russell Midcap Index measures the performance of the 800 smallest companies in the Russell 1000 Index, which measures the performance of the 1,000 largest US companies based on total market capitalization.

2. The Russell Midcap Value Index measures the performance of the mid-cap value segment of the U.S. equity universe. It includes those Russell Midcap Index companies with lower price-to-book ratios and lower forecasted growth values. Effective March 1, 2020, the secondary benchmark changed from the S&P 500 Index to the Russell Midcap Value Total Return Index based on the Advisor’s determination that the Russell Midcap Value Total Return Index is more closely aligned with the Fund’s principal investment strategies and portfolio holdings.

3. The S&P 500 Index measures the performance of 500 leading companies in leading industries of the U.S. economy, capturing 75% coverage of U.S. equities. All indices are unmanaged and returns assume the reinvestment of dividends. It is not possible to invest directly in an index.
